We are in the Memphis, TN area and compete on the KCBS network. We will cook anywhere from 7 to 10 contest a year as well as cater to individuals for birthdays, wedding rehearsals, company picnics, and gatherings of friends who enjoy great barbecue. We welcome any and all questions that you may have about great smoked foods and the techniques performed to produce championship barbecue.
